The trophy is made for beautifully sculpted Bohemian Blue Glass and the title to MIC is highly sought after.

IRCG has a range of consulting services provided by members and partners. This includes detailed research undertaken across the industry and has led to many different technical and service advancements.
Members can benefit from mentoring services provided by experienced colleagues (including through the Mentoring Program with Onboard Hospitality) and job exchange opportunities between member organisations.
Recently we have also aided university students on masters degree courses understand more about the way the industry works.
